Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Epic invites exceptional attorneys to support our growth and expand into new global markets. This role is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area, which we will fully reimburse.

You’ll manage complex litigation, counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas. Your tasks include:

• Handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes
• Mitigating risk through proactive counseling
• Representing the company in high-stakes legal proceedings
• Forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators
• Ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad

• COVID-19 vaccination (required)
• Relocation to Madison, WI necessary; fully reimbursed
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience in risk mitigation counseling, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus
