The Brokerage Branch Manager role oversees the Import and Customs Brokerage process, either directly or indirectly through direct reports, and ensures compliance with U.S. and foreign government laws and regulations. A Customs Brokerage license is required for this position. The manager must possess up‑to‑date knowledge of government trade regulations, international tariffs, insurance requirements, and shipment restrictions. Working closely with the Sr.

Director of Freight Forwarding, the manager will be responsible for achieving business objectives, managing import/brokerage operations staff, and performing in a fast‑paced environment while contributing to team success.

• Assist with new projects related to U.S. customs regulations (e.g., CFS, FTZ establishment, entry data management)
