Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
Join AZAD as a Project Manager and work closely with the Logistics Manager to develop special projects and support implementation across organizations. This role requires providing support in supply chain strategies, including long‑range and intermediate planning and development of programs, systems, and work processes necessary to fully implement right‑cost solutions. The position works with all organizations supporting data and industry sources to ensure the viability of these solutions and recommendations.
Position Details
2+ year consultant position with high probability of long‑term employment. Full‑time, on‑site in Vancouver, WA, 5 days per week.
Hourly pay range $52.93 to $57.93, including a fringe benefit of $4.93.
- 5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree; 7 years with an associate degree; 10 years without a degree.
- Direct project management experience, including process development and execution.
- MS Project skill and familiarity with Microsoft Project timelines, dependencies, milestones, and resources.
- Previous portfolio management experience, preferably with large capital construction projects in an asset‑intensive industry.
- Intermediate proficiency with Visio, Access, and SharePoint.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. - Valid U.S. Driver’s License/Real .
- Preferred: PMI or PMP certification;
Change Management certification;
Energy or utility industry experience;
Asset Management experience; ISO 55000 experience.
