Position SummaryWe are currently seeking qualified assembly mechanics to join our team of highly dedicated staff. Desirable backgrounds include mechanics and millwrights with experience in marine repair, maintenance, or new construction applications or in manufacturing, maintenance, or repair industries such as industrial machinery, automotive, aerospace, farm equipment, or other industries requiring high degrees of mechanical aptitude and competence in integrated systems assembly.

Duties include installation of integrated system components including engines, drives, HVAC systems, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, fire suppression, and others.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Must have own set of tools
- Hydraulics and piping experience is a plus
- Familiarity with machining is a plus
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Capable of carefully following engineering drawings and procedures to perform equipment installations
- Possess a strong mechanical aptitude
- Minimum of 2/3 years’ experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift, carry 60 lbs., or maneuver objects; difficult objects will be lifted with the assistance of mechanical means or additional manpower.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, kneel, twist, pull, push, grip, and climb.
- Capable of working from ladders and scaffolding.
Pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship.
