Located in Vancouver, WA, we’re a cutting‑edge polymer fiber optics production facility, pushing the boundaries of light and image transmission. We’re looking for an energetic Manufacturing Technician to join our 1st shift production team. No experience? No problem! We’ll train you.

• Set up and fine‑tune fiber optic drawing machines
• Assemble polymer sub‑assemblies and finished products
• Record production data and enter it into the system
• Help with engineering trials and process improvements
• Follow SOPs and suggest updates with the team
• Input machine parameters into data programs
• Help troubleshoot issues during production

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Stable work history required
• Related experience given preference
• A team‑first attitude and willingness to learn
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (70 lbs occasionally)
• Reliable transportation and on‑site availability
• No direct experience required, just eagerness to grow!

  Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Starting Rate:
  Typically begins at $20.00/hour, within the pay range listed below
• Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.36 per hour, based on experience
• Benefits:

  Annual PTO: 120 hours plus 10 paid holidays

Manufacturing setting – requires standing, lifting, and working with machinery.

Mandatory use of safety equipment.
