Pay Range: Starting at $30.00 per hour

As an Aluminum Fitter, you’ll play a key role in fabricating structural components for critical maritime projects. You’ll be expected to work with precision, follow detailed blueprints, and collaborate with a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

• Pass required 3G and 4G aluminum weld tests (AWS D1.2 on 3/8" plate)
• Interpret technical drawings to layout and fabricate aluminum structures
• Operate machinery including presses and forming equipment
• Perform tack welding and fitting with minimal supervision
• Follow industry-standard safety and quality protocols

• 1 or more years of hands‑on aluminum welding or fabrication experience
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and layout work
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts if needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.30 per hour
