• Assist in daily plant operations including batching, dispatching, and delivery coordination.
• Monitor and support quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance.
• Participate in inventory management of raw materials including aggregates, cement, and admixtures.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to understand equipment upkeep and reliability.
• Shadow the production supervisor and area manager to learn operational decision‑making and leadership practices.
• Support safety initiatives and participate in safety audits and training.
• Engage with customers and sales teams to understand service expectations and product performance.
• Analyze operational and financial data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn supply chain systems.
• Demonstrated initiative and commitment to professional growth.

• This role involves working in both office and operational settings, requiring flexibility and a hands‑on approach to learning.
• Primarily office‑based with regular site visits.
• Requires travel to various locations within the assigned area.
• Must be able to work in varied weather conditions.
