** What You'll Be Doing
*** Assist in daily plant operations including batching, dispatching, and delivery coordination.
* Monitor and support quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance.
* Participate in inventory management of raw materials including aggregates, cement, and admixtures.
* Collaborate with maintenance teams to understand equipment upkeep and reliability.
* Shadow the production supervisor and area manager to learn operational decision-making and leadership practices.
* Support safety initiatives and participate in safety audits and training.
* Engage with customers and sales teams to understand service expectations and product performance.
* Analyze operational and financial data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
