Our work is all custom‑ordered so there is a lot of opportunity for variety and developing skills.

We are currently hiring for both our 2nd shift and 3rd shift.

• 2nd:
  Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• 3rd:
  Sunday through Thursday 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Work both individually and together with team members to complete custom job orders.

• Use basic hand tools (hammer, knives, wrenches, measuring tapes, T‑squares, etc.) and power tools (drills, sanders, grinders) to perform detail work specific to each project.
• Use measuring tapes and T‑squares to mark off specific measurements and either cut or apply adhesives.
• Operate manual production machinery.
• Use hammers and other machinery to install simple and complex mechanical fasteners.

• A demonstrated history of successful work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or manual labor environment.
• A mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn; we are ready to teach you about conveyor belting!
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Legally eligible for employment in this country.

• Weekly pay
• Starting wage from $20.50–$22.75/hour
• 2nd shift premium: additional $0.50/hour
• 3rd shift premium: additional $0.75/hour
