Opti Staffing is hiring a Robotic Welder for a structural metal fabrication company in Vancouver, WA. We're looking for someone with hands‑on experience operating robotic welding equipment who wants to join a team building quality metal products.

• Operate robotic welding equipment to weld structural metal components.
• Load and unload materials and position parts for welding.
• Monitor welding operations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Inspect finished welds and components for defects.
• Make basic adjustments to equipment and welding parameters as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work with the fabrication team to meet production goals.

• $22/hr DOE.
