Strat Media is a Vancouver-based marketing agency specializing in social media strategy, paid advertising, and content production for growing brands.
Role OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketer with experience in Meta Advertising and content creation. This role will involve creating and editing short form video and image advertisements with the help of AI tools. This process includes prompt generation, script writing, and video editing for short form ads. You will also be responsible for creating and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
You’ll collaborate in-person with a small team of media buyers to produce and manage content for a variety of marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do- Generate, edit and launch short-form video ads (Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, etc.)
- Strategize, Create, and manage Meta Ad Campaigns
- Track performance metrics using a CRM and make adjustments where necessary
- Stay current on social media trends, editing/AI tools, and best practices
- Work within a team of marketers to share information on market trends and optimizations
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompting for content or ad generation
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to collaborate in-office and meet performance objectives
- Driven to learn new skills and adapt to market trends
- Experience with Social Media content generation
- Familiarity with AI tools and Ad analytics (Meta Ad Reporting, Meta Ad Library, Sora, Veo)
- Basic media buying experience (Primarily Meta Ads. Tiktok, Google etc. a plus)
- Ability to adapt to market trends and performance objectives
- Compensation: salary depends on experience, plus commission

This position is not a Videography/Social Media management role. (These skills will help you in this roll but the primary focus is performance media buying)
This position is not for the complacent (Adapting constantly to market trends is the bread and butter) This is not a set it and forget it marketing role.
This position is primarily focused on creative generation as the technical aspects of marketing lose value, content and creativity is king.
This position is about keeping up with the fast paced digital advertising landscape, generating content, testing new strategies and staying ahead of the curve.
