Location: Vancouver, Washington

Position: Full-Time, 0.90 FTE, Day Shift

Salary Range: $23.03 – $34.59/hour (based on collective bargaining agreement)

Status: Union-represented position

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll play a vital role in delivering quality, compassionate care to patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Your work will directly impact lives every day, helping patients feel safe, supported, and cared for during their most vulnerable moments.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct patient care as delegated by the RN within CNA licensure scope.
  • Perform essential technical skills: CPR, vital signs, fluid intake/output, dressing changes, and more.
  • Assist patients with personal care
    : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, and hydration.
  • Support mobility: help patients walk, exercise, and move safely.
  • Maintain unit supplies and provide clerical support as needed.
  • Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited CNA program.
  • Licensure: Certified Nursing Assistant – Washington State;
    Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire.
  • Experience: 1 year in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Skills: Compassionate, organized, adaptable, and excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
