Join Koelsch Communities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Resident Services Department at The Hampton and Ashley Inn. This full‑time position offers evening shifts (2 PM – 10 PM) and pays between $21 and $22 per hour, depending on experience.

You pride yourself in providing exceptional hospitality and personal aide, delivering safe, efficient, and individualized assistance to all residents.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance.
• Respond promptly to all resident needs and/or requests for care, and obtain assistance as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Washington State.
• New CNA graduates welcome to apply.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First‑Aid certification as required.
• Must be drug‑free and subject to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
