CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Day Shift ($3500 sign on bonus)

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in a supportive rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Support personal hygiene and catheter care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Contribute to individualized treatment plans and engage residents in wellness activities.
• Accurately document care activities and foster positive relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications include CNA certification or equivalent experience, with a preference for long‑term care or geriatrics experience. Strong communication skills, knowledge of HIPAA, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Experience with catheter care is highly desirable.
