Salmon Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation – Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $38.28/hr this range is provided by Salmon Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

We are seeking expert and new grad nurses who will have the opportunity to collaborate with the brightest minds in healthcare. The LPN will provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors. This role involves direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.

• Valid LPN license (required)
• Completion of an accredited LPN program (required)
• New grads are encouraged to apply

• Morning, evening or night shifts
• Full-time, part-time and PRN
• 8’s, 12's or weekends only
• Rotating schedule (every other weekend off)
