About the Role

As a Nurse Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our unit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership:Overseeing 24/7 nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Quality Improvement:Driving initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Team Development:Fostering a positive and supportive work environment, empowering your team to excel.
  • Financial Stewardship:Managing budgetary responsibilities and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Regulatory Compliance:Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications
  • BSN or MSN required
  • 3+ years of nursing experience
  • 2+ years of RN leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Financial acumen and budgetary experience
