- Join 2 full time physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers in practice
- Base salary: 135-160k
- Seeking experienced NP or PA with a minimum of 4 years longitudinal experience
- Call 1:5 with nurse triage – very light
- Clinic open Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- 4-day work week
- Lab draw, X-ray, anti coag, dietary, and behavioral health onsite
- See an average of 20—25 patients per shift
- Sub‑specialists available 20 minutes away
- Must be comfortable with a full scope of patient ages and higher acuity patients
- EPIC EMR
- Full benefits offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, relocation stipend, CME, generous PTO, 401k w/company match, and loan repayment (both government site qualified & internal loan repayment program)
- Located 90 minutes from Yakima and 2 hours from Spokane
- Population 8,000
- Airport offered in Yakima with daily flights to Seattle
