Our client is a veterinary hospital in Vancouver, Washington, seeking a full‑time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This small animal practice is AAHA‑accredited and committed to delivering compassionate, high‑quality care. This role is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced DVMs looking to grow within a supportive, collaborative team.
Working Hours / RotaThe hospital operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Sundays. This is a full‑time position with a flexible schedule that promotes work‑life balance.
Role Description and ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Veterinarian will perform all typical general practice duties and responsibilities, including wellness exams, vaccinations, dentistry, diagnostics, and surgical procedures. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with mentorship and structured support available.
Practice DetailsThe facility is AAHA‑accredited and equipped with modern tools such as digital radiography, ultrasound, digital dental radiography, and in‑house laboratory capabilities. Services include wellness and preventative care, surgery, dental care, diagnostics, urgent care, and nutritional counseling. The hospital maintains a patient‑centered approach, focusing on efficiency, comfort, and individualized care.
TeamThe practice is home to a close‑knit team of 3 DVMs supported by skilled technicians and client care staff. The environment encourages collaboration, mentorship, and ongoing professional development, creating a positive and team‑oriented workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so

Package- Salary up to $175,000 (Annual)
