• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
• Work with sales agents to guide clients to homes.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.

• People oriented with a positive, happy attitude.
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in a car.
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and match them to homes.
• Learning‑based mindset.
• Ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
• High school graduate.
• Real estate license (currently licensed in Washington or Oregon, or preparing for the license test).
