Evergreen Real Estate Partners at Keller Williams, Vancouver, WA, is growing and hiring. This role is for real estate agents who want structure, accountability, and a clear path to six figures without guessing.

This is a straight-commission role with upside, ability to earn revenue share, health insurance, and a written $100,000 income guarantee for agents who fully execute our proven standards for one full year.

If you are chosen for this program and complete 100% of the required activities for 52 consecutive weeks and do not earn $100,000 in commission, we pay the difference. No gimmicks.

To qualify for the guarantee, agents must maintain full compliance with all of the following:

• Host 2 open houses following our complete Open House System every week for 52 consecutive weeks
• 120 minutes of logged dial time per day, Monday–Friday, tracked through our dialer and a minimum of 100 real estate conversations per week.
• Minimum of 200 contacts entered at onboarding and participation in all team prospectivity rhythms.

Execution is tracked. Consistency matters. This program rewards follow-through.
