We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Regional Property Manager to oversee the performance and operational excellence of multiple property assets within a designated territory. This pivotal role is responsible for driving asset value, ensuring high tenant satisfaction, and maintaining rigorous financial standards across the portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as the primary leader for the region, coordinating between local site teams, corporate stakeholders, and external partners to achieve organizational goals and maximize return on investment.
Responsibilities- Direct and supervise the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
- Develop and monitor comprehensive budgets, financial forecasts, and expense reports to maintain profitability and fiscal responsibility.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and community stakeholders to support retention and lease renewals.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of on-site management staff and maintenance teams to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, ensure safety compliance, and implement necessary capital improvement projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to formulate effective leasing strategies and optimize occupancy rates.
- Proven experience in property management, specifically with a focus on regional oversight and multi-site operations.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and the ability to interpret complex financial data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of local and federal property regulations, safety codes, and legal compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests effectively.
- A competitive salary package of $100,000 per year.
