Overview

As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to support the servers in delivering the best drink experience. You should be friendly to both staff and customers, create drinks according to established standards, and contribute to a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it.

• Mix and serve high-quality beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to established standards.
• Provide friendly, engaging service to staff and customers to create a positive bar experience.
• Support servers to deliver excellent guest experiences and ensure timely service.

• You must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communication with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a team.
• Physical ability to perform duties (standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, etc.).

• Compensation:
  Applebee's® Bartenders start at minimum wage up to $16.28/hour, plus tips.
