We want servers who bring more than just plates to the table, you bring genuine hospitality. You’re knowledgeable, attentive, and skilled at curating the right experience for each guest. You’re a people‑person with a detail‑oriented mindset and a passion for food, beer, wine, and cocktails (especially German classics!).

• Deliver friendly, professional service to every guest
• Take orders, run food, and serve beverages with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished section
• Support teammates by running food and helping where needed
• Handle guest payments with accuracy and care
• Course meals appropriately and ensure smooth pacing of service
• Learn and share knowledge about our menu, beer, wine, and spirits

• Previous serving or hospitality (1-3 years prefferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An eagerness to learn about German cuisine, beer, and cocktails
• Ability to multitask, stay calm, and remain positive in a busy setting
• A team-first attitude with a drive to go above and beyond for guests
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
