Grocery Store Director

Grocery Outlet Inc. is seeking experienced grocery and retail managers to independently run a Grocery Outlet location.

Grocery Outlet partners with local retail leaders who wish to operate their own location and share in profits.

• Strong decision making (ordering, merchandising, staffing, etc.)
• Responsibility for total store operations including complete P&L management
• Creating staffing models, hiring, training, and retaining employees
• Utilizing an existing distribution channel to customize product offering for community
• Local organization partnerships to make a difference
• Strong drive and motivation
• Being an ambassador for Grocery Outlet

• 4 years of retail management experience
• Experience overseeing a large team, including hiring and training
• Detail oriented, analytical, quick thinker, and results oriented
• Creative problem‑solver
• Experience with merchandising displays
• Interest in autonomy and making your own decisions
• Open to relocation
