Job Title: Store Lead
Reports To: Multi-Store Lead
Hourly Rate: Starting at $19.13/hour + tips
FLSA Status: Hourly / Nonexempt / Full-Time

Position Overview. As the Store Lead, you are responsible for creating an environment where Team Members can grow, Guests feel welcomed and connected, and the store consistently delivers strong operational results. You will lead by example through active on-bar leadership, coaching and developing Team Members, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a positive and accountable store culture. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store while ensuring consistent execution of Black Rock Coffee Bar's service, quality, safety, and operational expectations.

Success in this role requires strong people leadership, operational ownership, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to the Team Member and Guest experience.
