Job Summary:
Zoom Info is seeking a results-driven SMB Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition within the small business segment (10–99 employees). This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role where you’ll manage full sales cycles, conduct product demos, and close deals swiftly—often in under two weeks. You’ll work with both inbound and outbound leads and collaborate closely with SDRs and leadership to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new SMB customers
- Conduct demos, trials, and data enrichment reviews to demonstrate product value
- Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records
- Forecast sales and adjust strategies based on market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales execution
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of closing experience in high-volume, short-cycle B2B sales
- Proven ability to exceed monthly sales quotas
- Experience selling solutions with an ASP under $20K
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and CPQ tools
- Quick learner with strong communication and adaptability
