Sales Representative – Pacific Northwest Territory
As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. We are looking for someone who lives out our core values of serving others, problem solving, and trusting the process.
Job Responsibilities- Choose your sales route with an average of 12‑15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
- Work with a variety of industries including property management, hotels, movers, builders, etc.
- During each appointment: build rapport with decision makers, walk through a unit to assess opportunities, educate on our services and book repairs
- Conduct on‑site visits, phone calls, and email follow‑ups
- Work from home for prep calls, review sales route, and minimal admin work
- Maintain a ten‑minute check‑in with the owner
- Strong rapport skills and persistence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Goal‑oriented, self‑starter, and energetic
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional, caring and service‑minded
- No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed; training will be provided
- Annual trip to Surface Experts corporate for sales training from world‑class experts
