As Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting and growing their customer base across the US West Coast.

• Provide both technical and commercial support to customers
• Present and demonstrate our products effectively
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations
• Plan, organize, and attend industry trade fairs and exhibitions
• Establish new customer relationships and nurture long-term, trusted partnerships
• Drive business growth into new sectors and markets
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams at headquarters

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Strong knowledge of hardware-related software (required)
• Proven experience in technical sales
• Familiarity with debuggers for embedded applications (preferred)
• Experience with TRACE
  32 systems is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the US and occasionally to Germany
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
