Position Overview
This is an inside sales/appointment setting role, responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-home consultations. You’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for homeowners interested in our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to homeowners regarding our home improvement services
• Qualify leads based on pre-set criteria and accurately schedule in-home appointments
• Provide information through phone, text, and email communication
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
• Maintain detailed records of communication and lead activity

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools
• Receptive to coaching and ongoing professional development

Work Schedule Options

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekend Shift: Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location Requirement
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Vancouver, WA 98665 prior to their start date.
