As a Phone Sales Rep, you are our customers' go-to person for scheduling and booking appointments. Every day you complete a variety of essential tasks such as answering incoming calls, setting and booking appointments, handling questions, collecting payments, fixing billing issues, and addressing customer concerns. You build rapport by handling our customers’ needs and encouraging repeat business.

As you speak with clients, you identify any opportunities to promote a product or service and encourage a sales deal. You are expected to meet sales benchmarks as required. You assess each client’s needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure they are aware of all available options. Based on our team’s availability and the client’s needs, you schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, create service records, and follow up after each appointment to ensure total satisfaction.

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in the home services industry.
• Experience with data entry, scheduling, and dispatching software.
• Computer and typing proficiency.
• Must meet sales benchmarks.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
