Title: Relocation Consultant
Location: Vancouver, WA
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 8:25 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturdays 8:55 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19–21/hr

Provide exceptional service to prospective tenants and current residents via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Utilize your leasing experience to guide residents through the application process, manage credit reports, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.

Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the success of our Relocation Department under the direction of the Director of Operations.

• Maintain organized, efficient operations in the Relocation area, conduct market surveys, and offer insights to stay competitive in the housing market.

• Earn $19-21/hr, recognizing your skills and contribution.
• Choose from two medical plan options, with a generous employer contribution of 70% of the monthly premium.
