We’re looking to add a Sales/Project Specialist to our team of roof, siding, and window sales representatives. • Prepare proposals to prospective customers.
• Ensure accurate estimates, pricing, and adherence to company margins.
• Proactively identify and contact potential customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with current customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain assigned sales quotas and follow established company guidelines.
• Evaluate site conditions and prepare project estimates.
• Close estimates delivered to the customer.
• Maintain proper sales reports.

• Preferred sales experience in home improvement; experience is always welcome.
• Winning attitude and desire for growth and success.
• Basic estimate and proposal skills.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.

Full‑time; $ – $ per year (commission pay). Monthly bonuses and paid vacation for top earners.

• Day/Evening
• Tues‑Sat
• Weekends as needed
