Sales Development Representative – Strategic Enterprise

Strategic Enterprise Sales Development team – this role is designed for someone eager to grow their career within the enterprise segment, work closely with top performing Account Executives, and help expand Zoom Info’s reach across the enterprise landscape.

What You Will Do:
  • Partner one to one with top Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to engage senior-level executives at Enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees), building a robust sales pipeline and driving new business opportunities within high-potential accounts.
  • Research, develop, and execute a strategic outbound sales plan focused on three key account types: new divisions within existing enterprise customers, underpenetrated accounts with additional growth potential, and net new business opportunities.
  • Educate prospective leads on the full suite of Zoom Info solutions, focusing on how our products solve real pain points within their Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Help prospects understand the business impact Zoom Info can deliver, ensuring conversations are rooted in their needs and challenges.
  • Establish strong, trusting relationships with both internal team members and external stakeholders, building confidence in the value Zoom Info brings.
  • Deliver a high volume of quality outbound activity daily including calls, emails, and social touches to generate conversations and set meetings with senior stakeholders.
What You Bring:
  • 1+ year of experience targeting Enterprise-level organizations, with a strong ability to prospect, uncover opportunities and engage senior decision-makers, particularly in new business accounts.
  • Proven skill in communicating in a concise and compelling way to senior-level executives across multiple departments.
  • The ability to assess prospects’ needs, personalize outreach, and uncover high-probability opportunities that align with their business challenges.
  • Experience creating, executing, and maintaining a well-structured prospecting plan that drives results and identifies opportunities in high-potential accounts.
  • An eagerness to understand market trends, customer pain points, and organizational changes to improve the effectiveness of outreach.
  • Experience with go-to-market (GTM) technologies like Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoom Info is a plus.
  • A self-starter mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently driving high outbound activity while testing new ways to engage prospects and expand the pipeline.

Annual compensation total estimated to be $95,000-$105,000 consisting of base salary paid hourly at $31.25 per hour and variable compensation.
