• Drive Membership Sales: 50+ outbound calls/day, high-energy tours, follow-ups, lead generation through community outreach and referrals.

• Build Relationships & Retain Members:
  Guide new members through on-boarding, promote personal training, provide a supportive, welcoming experience.

• Support Club Operations:
  Assist with admin, lead tracking, collaborate with the Club Director, maintain a professional environment.

• Energetic, outgoing, strong communicator

• Passion for fitness and helping others succeed

• Motivated by goals and confident in a sales environment

• Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities

• Availability:
  Monday–Thursday, 11 AM – 6 PM;
  Friday 12 PM – 4 PM

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Comfortable making calls, sending follow-ups, and closing sales

• Familiarity with CRM or club management software helpful

• Positive attitude, teamwork skills

• $17–$20+ per hour (base + commission)— high performers can earn well above the top of the range
