Dental Implant Sales Consultant – Clear Choice Dental Implant Centers
This is a full‑time position in Portland, OR. Base salary ranges from $60,000 – $70,000, with uncapped performance‑based commissions that can bring total compensation into the $120,000 – $140,000 range.

- Own the consultation (sales) process from first contact through decision.
- Educate prospective patients on Clear Choice’s services, procedures, and financial options.
- Conduct follow‑up calls to support patients through their decision‑making journey.
- Create customized payment plans to meet individual patient financial needs.
- Generate new leads through community engagement, referrals, and outreach.
- Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline via active lead generation.
- Ensure a smooth transition from consultation to procedure.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and general managers to optimize patient care and sales performance.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the center’s success.
- Minimum 2 years of direct‑to‑consumer consultative sales experience.
- Familiarity with loan origination, interest rates, and financing processes.
- Strong rapport‑building skills, active listening, and the ability to earn patient trust.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
