As a Medicare Sales Specialist
, you'll guide prospective clients through the Medicare decision-making process from initial conversation through enrollment. You'll connect with clients primarily by phone and video, learn about their needs, explain available options, and help them choose solutions that fit their situation.

You'll manage the sales process from start to finish while building trust and delivering a professional customer experience.

• Explain Medicare plan options, benefits, and coverage in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Work toward individual sales and performance goals.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.

You don't need years of sales experience to succeed here. We're looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

• Active Life & Health Insurance License
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Mobile device with cellular data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and video
• Self-motivated and able to stay organized
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism

Base Salary + Commission

Expected earning potential:
72,000–180,000 annually
