Fact Finders Pro is an AI-powered startup focused on combating misinformation and restoring

trust in digital content. We are developing technology that helps organizations and investors

validate information through AI-powered fact-checking and verification.

We are looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Head to drive business development, customer

acquisition, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on opportunity for a motivated sales

professional who enjoys building relationships, developing pipelines, and closing B2B

technology opportunities in an early-stage startup environment.

The role will work closely with leadership, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to develop our

go-to-market strategy and expand our customer base.

• Develop and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across AI, SaaS, technology, data, and digital markets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Build relationships with prospective customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and communicate the value of FFP’s technology solutions.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership on customer requirements and go-to-market initiatives.
• Provide market and customer feedback to support product and business strategy.
• Help establish scalable sales processes and best practices as the company grows.

• 5 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Experience selling SaaS, AI, technology, data, or enterprise solutions preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close business.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and developing new accounts.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote startup environment.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.

• Startup or early-stage company experience.
• Existing network within technology, SaaS, AI, social media, or digital industries.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or strategic accounts.
• Leadership experience or interest in building a future sales organization.

This role is structured as a contract engagement and includes participation in the company’s Profits Interest Unit (PIU) program. PIUs provide contributors with the opportunity to share in the future growth and success of the company as key milestones are achieved. Units vest based on the successful completion of agreed project deliverables and represent participation in future profit and value appreciation above a defined threshold.
