Advertising Sales Account Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business
• 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience
• Experience closing sales and generating revenue
• Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline
• Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation
• Experience reviewing and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement
• Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in digital media ad sales
• Experience in selling programmatic or data-driven ad products or platforms
• Experience translating technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for the advertiser and both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience selling AI/ML solutions
• Experience in e-commerce or online advertising
• Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions, or experience in accounts receivable or account payable
• Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales or online advertising work and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders
• Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
• MBA, or Bachelor's degree or above
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish
