Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is recruiting professional Unarmed Security Officers with strong customer service and security skills to join our highly regarded team in Vancouver, Washington .

Position Highlights

• Pay Rate: $18–$19 per hour
• Shift 130pm-1000pm 8.5 Hour Shift
• Daily Pay Available – Access Your Earnings Anytime

• Prior Military, Law Enforcement, or Security Experience a Plus

Position Overview

As an Unarmed Security Officer – Parking Lot Patrol , you will help protect people, property, and assets by maintaining a visible security presence and helping to prevent and deter criminal activity.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform regular and random patrols of parking lots and surrounding areas
• Monitor property and vehicles and report suspicious activity or hazards
• Enforce site procedures and assist with access control when required
• Document daily operations and complete incident reports
• Investigate and report property breaches, disturbances, or unusual occurrences

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Active Guard License through WA DOL or OR DPSST required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Active cellphone
• Clean criminal background
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine foot patrols

Physical & Mental Job Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively , especially during emergencies
• Ability to read and interpret written information in a variety of situations
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle during the course of duties if required
• Ability to detect and identify emergency sounds , including alarms and distress signals in noisy environments
• Ability to walk, stand, run, climb, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. if required
• Must maintain good mental health and sound judgment to respond quickly during emergencies
• Must meet state licensing requirements to perform Security Officer work
