Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Longview and Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, a passion for problem‑solving, and a commitment to delivering top‑notch service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure clear communication and understanding of service needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in HVAC services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a minimum of 2 years working in the field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608, NATE) are a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
