• Lead carpentry projects from start to finish, performing a variety of finish and rough carpentry services consistent with plan specifications (interior and exterior framing; trim, window and door installation; siding; roofing; stairs and handrails; decks; floor systems; drywall; painting; cabinet installation and finish carpentry).
• Accurately interpret plan specifications and ensure proper selection and installation of materials.
• Ability to jump in and complete greater aspects of the job beyond carpentry, such as painting, drywall, taping, etc.
• Make sound decisions and accurately evaluate self‑performance.
• Promote a cooperative team environment with common goals; identify and solve problems.
• Work and communicate cooperatively and effectively with residents, clients, customers, and Charter personnel.
• Ensure and promote proper safety protocol.

• Demonstrated expertise as a multi‑skilled carpenter/craftsman.
• Three to seven years of related work experience.
• Ability to inspect, repair, install, modify, rebuild, construct, and maintain carpentry services.
• Capable of working effectively among diverse teams and managing multi‑faced tasks.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills; related field experience in a lead carpenter role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain OSHA 10 and other safety certifications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to multiple job sites.
