Base pay range$42.00/hr - $46.00/hr

From precision diagnostics to clean, code-compliant installations, you’ll be the pro homeowners trust. You’ll investigate system performance, optimize comfort, and present clear options—whether that means a targeted repair, preventive maintenance, or a new system.

- Service and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
- Perform HVAC maintenance and support HVAC service & installation.
- Execute advanced HVAC troubleshooting and electrical troubleshooting.
- Work confidently with HVAC/R systems and refrigerants.
- Discuss solutions and recommendations with homeowners; leverage sales skills to align on the best path forward.
- Use mobile tools (smartphone, tablet) and, when applicable, Service Titan.
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Proven leadership in the field.
- EPA certification; completion of an HVAC training program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record.
- Capable of working in extreme temperatures and at heights; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort with digital workflows on a smartphone and tablet.
- Service Titan experience.
- Journeyman’s License and/or OSHA 10-Hour Certification.
- Familiarity with outside sales.
