From precision diagnostics to clean, code-compliant installations, you’ll be the pro homeowners trust. You’ll investigate system performance, optimize comfort, and present clear options—whether that means a targeted repair, preventive maintenance, or a new system.

- Service and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform HVAC maintenance and support HVAC service & installation
- Execute advanced HVAC troubleshooting and electrical troubleshooting
- Work confidently with HVAC / R systems and refrigerants
- Discuss solutions and recommendations with homeowners; leverage sales skills to align on the best path forward
- Use mobile tools ( smartphone , tablet ) and, when applicable, Service Titan
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Proven leadership in the field
- EPA certification ; completion of an HVAC training program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record
- Capable of working in extreme temperatures and at heights ; able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort with digital workflows on a smartphone and tablet
- Service Titan experience
- Journeyman’s License and / or OSHA 10-Hour Certification
- Familiarity with outside sales
