Building Service Technician
Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents and off-campus clients by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Building Services Technician. Pay ranges from $24.00- $27.50 hr, depending on experience! Looking for someone available to work part time, up to 24 hours a week (primarily 11am to 730pm and looking for availability of one weekend shift as well)
Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
Strong ability to efficiently assess and prioritize daily work orders while maintaining high‑quality standards and exemplary customer service.
“Jack of all trades” skillset with knowledge in:
Plumbing Electrical work Carpentry Cable box setups/IT
Support maintenance needs for 287 homes on an 18‑acre property, plus several additional buildings.
Perform general building services tasks, including:
Moving furniture
General maintenance and repairs
Basic electrical work and IT
Painting, carpentry, drywall repair
Responding to plumbing or equipment‑related HVAC emergencies
Experience working with older adults is helpful.
Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and energetic approach.
Strong commitment to providing quality customer service and five‑star hospitality.
