As Director of Parent Engagement & Advocacy, you will be the public face of a campus, trusting parents to become passionate advocates and ensuring their experience is seamless from inquiry to enrollment and beyond.

• Own the full parent journey at a single campus—transform initial inquiries into sustained engagement and advocacy.
• Conduct persuasive information sessions and individualized dialogues that convert interested parents into dedicated advocates.
• Serve as the principal parent contact—address concerns, enhance satisfaction, and ensure each family feels acknowledged once enrolled.
• Build visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site presence, local collaborations, and purposeful outreach initiatives.
• Mobilize parent champions to expand referrals and strengthen community influence.

• Using scripted sales approaches or transactional communication.
• Transferring relationship responsibilities to campus personnel or remaining passive.
• Allowing organized parent coalitions to dilute Alpha’s educational framework.
• Working remotely from a desk; this role requires full on‑site integration.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
• Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.

Base pay: $100 USD/hour (approx. $200 000 USD/year). Location note: this role requires on‑site presence in one of the cities listed above. Relocation support is provided.
