The Role
As a Psychiatric ARNP at Three Rivers Therapy, you will play a central role in transforming patients’ lives. You will assess, diagnose, and deliver evidence-based treatments that empower individuals to become the best version of themselves. By delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, you will make a meaningful difference every day, helping patients overcome challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
What You’ll DoTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below. - Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management and prescribe appropriate psychotropic medications to address patients' mental health needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients.
- Offer counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Monitor patients' progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and medication records.
- Stay current with advancements in psychiatric care and participate in continuing education to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Average 28 patient-facing hours weekly after month 3 of employment.
- Additional duties as assigned at any time with or without advanced notice.
