Lead Enterprise Software Engineer

Lead and grow a blended onshore/offshore development team driving the architecture, design, and launch of enterprise software products. This role is ideal for a hands‑on builder passionate about team continuity, technical excellence, and moving into a director‑level track.

• 7+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in leadership
• Strong in Java, Python, or C# with experience architecting scalable systems
• Skilled in Azure or AWS, CI/CD, and microservices‑based application design
• Proven success managing large distributed teams and launching enterprise products
• Collaborative leader who values consensus, innovation, and technical mentorship
