Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. We’re looking for someone with exceptional people skills, a self-motivated work ethic, and a genuine desire to make a difference

The ideal candidate will have flexible availability, a strong passion for health and fitness, and the ability to create a supportive and engaging environment for our members.

• Hold a Personal Training certification (or be in the process of obtaining one)
• Have strong sales and customer service skills
• Be passionate about fitness, health, and helping others succeed
• Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Be self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic
• Enjoy working with people of all fitness levels and backgrounds
• Be comfortable engaging with members on and off the gym floor
• Be a team player and thrive in a community-focused environment

• Delivering engaging and effective personal training sessions
• Building strong relationships with members
  to support their fitness journey
• Promoting personal training services
  and helping members find the right programs for their goals
• Utilizing social media and marketing strategies
  to attract and retain clients
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  in the gym
• Leading by example
  with a positive and motivating attitude
• Comfortable with all types of training sessions:private, semi-private and team

• Community Engagement
  – Represent Anytime Fitness in the local community by participating in gym events, fitness challenges, and outreach programs.
• Networking & Client Outreach
  – Work with local businesses and organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.
• Member Experience
  – Ensure that every member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to be part of our fitness family!

• This is a part-time position
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Personal training certification and CPR/AED certification are required (or willingness to obtain them)
• Previous experience in personal training or team training is a plus but not required
