Are you a skilled gymnast or cheerleader who loves working with kids and staying active? Come join The Little Gym of Vancouver (East), where we transform movement into confidence—and we’re looking for an enthusiastic instructor to help us do just that.

We’re currently hiring a Gymnastics Coach with Level 5 gymnastics skills or advanced cheerleading experience to lead classes that are energetic, engaging, and built around fun, growth, and skill development, and to be a leader on our team.

• Spot students safely while helping them gain new skills and confidence.
• Create a supportive, upbeat atmosphere where children feel excited to learn and try new things.
• Build strong relationships with families by delivering excellent customer service every day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment—from opening to end-of-day sanitizing.
• Help evaluate class quality and support team training efforts as needed.
• Ensure all essential shift responsibilities are completed daily.

• A Level 5 gymnast or advanced cheerleader with a strong understanding of technique and form.
• Previous experience working with kids (paid or volunteer).
• A positive, high-energy personality who can balance fun with focus.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physical job and isn’t afraid to pitch in with daily tasks.
• A team player who wants to grow—professionally, personally, and as part of our tight-knit team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Someone who just loves people.

At The Little Gym, we serve children ages 4 months to 12 years with a non-competitive, confidence-building approach. Your role will focus on preschool and grade-school aged students—but you’ll have opportunities to grow from there.
