About the Role:

Jacko Logistics is looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Office Operations Assistant to support our operations team. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, can problem‑solve on the fly, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and troubleshoot tablets and devices for drivers
• Assemble and maintain new truck binders and onboarding materials
• Run occasional DMV or local errands related to fleet or compliance needs
• Order and restock office and driver supplies
• Coordinate lunches and materials for driver orientations
• Support general office and dispatch operations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong tech skills (comfortable setting up mobile devices, apps, and basic troubleshooting)
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to “wear many hats”
• Previous experience in a transportation or logistics setting is a plus

Schedule: Part Time or Full Time depending on the candidate

• Part‑time: 20–25 hours per week (flexible schedule available)
• Full‑time: 40 hours per week
